What is Diet??

Diet is the amount of food consumed by a particular person ororganism type strongly influenced by the dietary origin of individual background or faith of a particular community. Althoughhumans are omnivores essentially, a group of people usuallyhave a preference or avoidance of some foods.
Unlike in a mention in some countries, in the Indonesian language, the word diet is more often intended to refer to an effort to lose weight or adjust the intake of certain nutrients. This articlewill discuss about the diet in terms of a second.
In pekembangannya, diet in the context of efforts to regulatenutrient intake is divided into several types, namely:
Lose Weight (Mass) for the Agency as a model or actress who wants to maintain its appearance.
Increase Weight (Mass) Agency for sports such as bodybuildingor athletes who want to increase muscle mass.
Abstinence Against Certain foods such as for diabetics (low-carband sugar).
Nutrient intake masssa someone very influential on her body.
